Few small fixes today

Just made a few small updates, changes are:
- Report abuse panel, text not editable after it has been sent.
- Added extra reporting to try and fix the undefined unit owner bug.
- Optimized chat panel rendering.
- Made it harder to resize chat offscreen.
- Added flowers to starting lobby realms to discourage filling them with buildings.
- Fixed https links to be links in chat.
- Stone circles can not be made on stone floors.
- Sign Posts and Banners can now be walked over.
- Bouys can be sailed over.
- Added forum link to the top left menu.
- Added a one way whirlpool from new home valleys to the ocean.
